Using The Radiology Gamuts Ontology

To use The Radiology Gamuts Ontology:

  1. Start an internet browser (Firefox or Internet Explorer)
  2. Navigate to the following URL: http://gamuts.net
You will see something similar to the following:

On the left are a number of different sections, such as Head and Neck Radiology or Vascular Radiology. If you choose Chest Radiology, the following appears:

What you see are a list of gamuts under the section Chest Radiology. Choose a gamut, such as Chylothorax, and you will see the following:

The image above links to the American Journal of Roentgenology, where a description of the image can be seen:
